General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rd111 ("rd111", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rd111 online gaming platform available at https://rd111.app and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

rd111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a version of these Terms translated into another language and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases. All communications between rd111 and its players are conducted in English, and rd111's support team operates in English around the clock in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used. They apply equally to desktop users, mobile browser users, and any other access method. rd111 does not currently offer a dedicated native application; all Platform access is via the web browser at https://rd111.app.

rd111 operates as a safe and reliable platform secured with SSL encryption and committed to fair play. rd111 does not fabricate, misrepresent, or exaggerate any aspect of its platform, services, or promotional offers. Any claim made by rd111 in its marketing materials or on-platform communications that is found to be inaccurate will be corrected promptly upon identification.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

rd111 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by rd111 will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and sports betting features on rd111, you must first create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. • KYC verification: rd111 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. KYC may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement. KYC documents must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and residential address.
• Account transferability: rd111 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account, account balance, or any associated benefits to another person.

rd111 operates under a secure login system protected by OTP-based verification. Players are advised to use a strong, unique password for their rd111 account and to change it regularly. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawal limits: rd111 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are communicated within the account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Source of funds: rd111 may request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits where the volume or pattern of transactions raises concern. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal suspension until the matter is resolved.

Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated winnings voided and accounts suspended.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be removed from your account balance automatically.

User Obligations

• Lawful use only: You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh or your country of residence.

• No interference: You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or other players' experience. This includes attempts to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in game software.
• No collusion: You must not collude with other players, game providers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market on rd111. Collusion is considered fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• Accurate information: You must keep all account information up to date and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, contact details, or payment method information must be reported to rd111 support promptly.
• Responsible use: You agree to use the rd111 responsible gaming tools available to you — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gaming activity is becoming harmful to yourself or those around you.

Violation of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. rd111 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

Account Closure & Suspension

rd111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where rd111 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account was registered using false, misleading, or unverifiable information.
• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Multiple accounts have been registered by the same individual.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• rd111 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rd111 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via the registered email address or contact number within a reasonable timeframe. Players whose accounts are suspended pending investigation will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers until the investigation is resolved.

Players may also voluntarily close their rd111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rd111 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

rd111 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or technical fault at all times. • Wagering losses: rd111 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming or wagering activity on the Platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily by the player and the risk of loss is accepted by the player at the time of placing the wager.
• Third-party content: rd111 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or performance of third-party game software provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi. Any dispute relating to game outcomes must be directed to rd111 support, which will liaise with the relevant game provider on the player's behalf.
• Payment provider delays: rd111 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank partners. Once a withdrawal has been approved by rd111, the processing timeline is governed by the payment provider.
• Force majeure: rd111 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond rd111's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, telecommunications outages, or power failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
